In 2018, Theodore and several cyborgs guarded the 20th floor of World Marshal Inc.'s Headquarters building in Denver, Colorado. After Raiden, during his raid on the HQ building, stealthfully took out two of the three electrical panels powering the security stations leading up to the restricted upper floors of the building, Theodore, getting suspicious about the destruction of the power supply panels, arrived to the main office area and began guarding the panel closest to him. Raiden, upon being notified about Theodore's presence by Blade Wolf, then ambushed Theodore and killed him, removing his left arm in the process.
Behind the scenes[]
Theodore is a character in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, as well as one of thirty cyborgs to contain retrievable left arms in the game. He acts as the third/fourth cyborg commander in Chapter R-04. Unlike other cyborg commanders, however, he requires a specific method for him to appear: Namely, he requires the player to destroy two of the three electrical panels without raising an alert.
