Title and Insignia[]
As I'm sure is obvious based off the current FOB event, when players get to raid Mosquito's PF's FOB, the insignia clearly says MOSQUITO STINGER FORCE. I think this implies that it is the name of the PF, especially when you consider that the PF's apparent name can be abbreviated to MSF and his PF was comprised of surviving Militaires Sans Frontiers members as of the attack on Diamond Dogs.
Also, I've attached the cleanest image I could find of the PF's insignia. Unfortunately it's from the side of a resources crate, but that's because when I did the raid I didn't pick a platform where it plastered on the shutter doors (like the R&D Platform). I've tried cropping out the shipping crate details but my skills aren't really good enough/I don't have a good enough program to. Anyone else, please have at it.
I suppose, in an attempt to meet halfway, we could brand the article as canonically ambiguous similar to the Side Ops in Ground Zeroes. Either that, or somehow establish if this is canon, and if so, is this the PF name before or after Mosquito's raid on Mother Base?

- Just re-did Mosquito's Legacy. I got new info and hopefully a better picture of his insignia. Unfortunately upon finishing the mission, I didn't get shown what stats the soldiers have. Regardless, I think they're all random with exception of the one A+/S+ rank based on whatever platform you infiltrate.
