Not to be rude but as an avid user of the Metal Gear wiki I find this article extremely irrelevant along with a few others. I mean c'mon...we might as well create a pagee for the wrench Peter Stillman had his hand on in MGS2. Im not saying this to be rude or attack anyone but I feel like this article should be contained in something more resourceful and consolidated like "List of Metal Gear 2 Equipment" or something along those lines.
- I do think there should be an article for the lighter, since it is a usable item in MG2. At the moment, the article is incomplete, and is yet to detail the actual gameplay info from MG2. I do agree that an article on Stillman's wrench would be ridiculous, but then it is not an item used by the player. --Bluerock 09:13, September 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Yep, and plus, in either case, its appeared in more than one game (It also appeared in Peace Walker. I don't know if its appeared anywhere else besides Peace Walker). Basically, if the item in question has a detailed description via Codec/radio/menu description/whatever, was a usable item in at least one game, and/or either either appears in more than one game (doesn't necessarily have to be as a usable item, but still recommended to be one) or was absolutely essential to completing the game, it can be added in. And I definitely don't plan to add in an article about Peter Stillman's wrench. That would at best go in the Glossary article since it meets absolutely none of the above mentioned criteria. - EDIT: The Sonic Eye might have to stay as an article, since there was enough info supplied in the game to give a basic outline of the Sonic Eye. Of course, I wouldn't mind if it was moved to Miscellaneous Items. Weedle McHairybug 12:07, September 4, 2011 (UTC)
