Richard Steven Horvitz, sometimes credited as Richard S. Horvitz, Richard Horvitz or Richard Wood (born July 29, 1966 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor and voice actor who provided the English voice for some of the PMC soldiers in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Outside the Metal Gear series, he is best known for providing the voice of Alpha 5 in Mighty Mophin Power Rangers, Zim in Invader Zim, Dagget in The Angry Beavers, Billy in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, and Razputin "Raz" Aquato in Psychonauts.
