Ralph was a child soldier in the Mbele.
History[]
In 1984, Ralph was rescued by Diamond Dogs commander Venom Snake who brought him to Mother Base, so that he could have a chance of a real life without being a soldier.
Sometime later, fellow child soldier and commander Eli murdered Ralph and made it look like an accident involving pipes. Eli used Ralph's death to stir the members of Mbele Squad and several other child soldiers in his plan to escape Mother Base with Tretij Rebenok and Metal Gear Sahelanthropus and to take over an island and build his "Kingdom of the Flies."

Ralph shared the same name as the main character in the book The Lord of the Flies.
