"Quiet's Theme" is a character image song for Quiet in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The song was composed by Akihiro Honda, with lyrics by Ludvig Forrsell, and vocals by Stefanie Joosten.

The song is featured in the Metal Gear Solid V Original Soundtrack and Metal Gear Solid ~Vocal Tracks~. In the latter, Donna Burke performs a cover version of the song.

Bars for the song are also heard in the launch trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and the scene where Quiet attempts to strangle Venom Snake before being set on fire by Ishmael. In addition, when Quiet is in position, she also hums bars from this song.

Birds in the sky
Carry these words for me.
Life tasted sweet,
It let me live,
It let me breathe.

Love hurts so bad,
But still saved my soul.
Flowers of a brighter past,
They bloomed so free,
Beneath the sun.

I want to give them to you,
So you can see,
What we left there.

When all hope bleeds out,
What remains is doubt,
Should have left it all for you for tomorrow.
As your time draws near,
Will you live in fear?
Could have left it all for you,
But we let go.
