Metal Gear Abridged is a parody series of Metal Gear,Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake,Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes,Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty,Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. This series was created by LordQuadros in 2008 and since grew in popularity over the years. The series' creator has guest-starred in many other Abridged series usually with his Snake impression. Due to the poor quality of the original first few episodes of the Abridged Snakes, LordQuadros later released remade versions of them during Sons of Abridgerty 's run. Once The Abridged Snakes ended, It was followed up by a April Fools video showing a fake version of Sons of Abridgerty Episode 0 in March 31, 2010 until the real Episode 0 was released on April 13th. Takahata101, of Dragon Ball Z Abridged, was featured as a special guest actor for half of the series and Paul Eiding, the voice of the Colonel from the original series, appeared as a special guest in Episode 9 cast as "Big Teddy" (who in actuality was GW). Mid-series, The seasons segued into flashbacks for two smaller Abridged Series. Metal Gear Abridged and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake Abridged. Then after the ending of Sons of Abridgetry in February 25 2014, Puns of the Patriots was released on November 26 2014. Before seguing into the premiere for the originally cancelled Snake Theater, The series had another guest star in the form of Cloudstrife8, of Final Fantasy Abridged. Currently the series is still ongoing as of 2017.
