Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964, in New York, New York, United States) is an American actor and voice actor who provided the English voice for Scott Dolph in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.
Outside the Metal Gear series, Richardson is best known for his deep voice and portraying villains. His credits include Captain Gantu and Cobra Bubbles in Lilo & Stitch, Goro in Mortal Kombat, the second voice of Skulker on Danny Phantom, Sarevok in the Baldur's Gate series, Jolee Bindo in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Crunch Bandicoot in Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex and Crash Nitro Kart, Tartarus in Halo 2, Openly Gator in Queer Duck, Cleveland Brown, Jr. and Lester Krinklesac in The Cleveland Show, Principal Brian Lewis in American Dad!, Jerome in Family Guy, and Barney Rubble in the modern-day animated series and movies based upon The Flintstones. He also voiced Prince John in the Disney adaptation of Robin Hood in his incarnation in House of Mouse.
