Highly Skilled Soldiers are various soldiers that Diamond Dogs commander Venom Snake can extract and recruit into his private army. Depending on who the soldier is, they will be ranked higher than the average soldier that Venom can find in Afghanistan or Africa. They are easily identified by their wearing balaclavas.
