Biography[]
Early life[]
At some point during the late 2000s, early 2010s, Harry ended up experimented on by the Patriots, resulting in him becoming a cyborg. His left arm, in particular, was replaced with a cybernetic one, containing data from the Patriots.
After the Patriots' fall, he ended up joining the Denver Police Department, acting as a peace officer since at least World Marshal Inc. took control of the privatized police department thanks to small-government legislation passed by then-state senator Steven Armstrong.

In 2018, Harry led a unit of four cyborgs (including himself) to search for Raiden, shortly after the latter's arrival at Denver, to prevent him from reaching World Marshal Inc.'s HQ building. His squad then proceeded to split up: he would patrol the western portion of the downtown area, while two others would patrol the northern portion. Raiden, fresh from taking out two Grad UGs in the center area, proceeded to ambush and kill him and the other officer, taking the former's arm in the process.
Behind the scenes[]
Harry is a character in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, as well as one of thirty cyborgs to contain retrievable left arms in the game. He acts as the second cyborg commander in Chapter R-03, patrolling the west part of the map immediately after the player takes out the two Grads.
