Lena Arrow was an assistant to Senator Viggo Hach, who was accompanying him aboard Flight 326 when it was hijacked by terrorists.
Biography[]
Lena was a member of BEAGLE and was involved in the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" operation under Emilio, which kidnapped 130 psychic children, including No. 16 and No. 104. However, following the Ritual of Conjuration, Lena conspired with the sole survivor No. 16 to exact revenge on BEAGLE.
In 2016, Lena accompanied Senator Hach aboard Flight 326, and secretly collaborated in its hijacking by No.16. A bomb was planted, and the passengers were sedated using vercuronium bromide, the debilitating effects of which Lena avoided by use of a concealed gas mask.
Elsie and Frances were the twin marionettes used by Lena to terrorize the passengers of Flight 326. Lena gave each puppet a different personality: Frances was the cool, calculating one, while Elsie was the fun-loving one. Lena used the marionettes to murder several of the passengers, carving letters onto their bodies and transmitting photographs of them to the U.S. Government in order to send them a message.
When Lena's treachery was partially discovered by Hach, he offered to make a deal with her, believing her loyalty still lay with Emilio. However, she ultimately murdered Hach, who was believed by No. 16 to be Hans Davis, the original architect of the Ritual of Conjuration. When Lena realized the act had been witnessed by the child passenger Minette Donnel, she prepared to kill the young girl, but is surprised when Minette turned her own knife on her. A dying Lena learned that "Minette" was actually No. 104, No. 16's last competitor during the Ritual of Conjuration, who decided to carve "No. 104" onto Lena's bones.
