Charles Thomas "Charlie" Schlatter (born May 1, 1966 in Fair Lawn, New Jersey) is an American actor who provided the English voice of Ivan Raidenovitch Raikov in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
Schlatter has starred in numerous TV series and films, and is perhaps best known for his role in series Diagnosis: Murder as Dr. Jesse Travis with Dick Van Dyke, and his role in the hit movie 18 Again! with George Burns. He has provided voices for characters in televisions shows such as Sonic the Hedgehog, The Flash, Ben 10, and Loonatics Unleashed, among others. One of his roles was as The Flash in the Superman: The Animated Series episode "Speed Demons."
