Brian Cummings (born March 4, 1948 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota) is an American voice actor who provided the English voice of Nikolai Stepanovich Sokolov in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops.
Outside the Metal Gear series, Cummings has worked as an announcer on a variety of television shows and has provided his voice for several Hanna-Barbera cartoons such as The Jetsons, The All-New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show, and 2 Stupid Dogs as well as various Disney cartoons and films (including Chef Bouche from Beauty and the Beast), as well as Dr. Mindbender in G.I. Joe.
