Alastair Duncan (born 1958 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a Scottish actor and voice actor who provided the English voice of Steven Armstrong in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
Duncan is also known for voicing Mortanius in Legacy of Kain: Defiance, Alfred Pennyworth in The Batman, Mihai Niculescu in Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain and Nihlus Kryik and Counciler Sparatus in Mass Effect and Mimir in God of War (2018). He also portrayed Greger in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
