That sounds cool

Weebs can be odd for sure.

But for a show to feel Weeb to me it has to have three things :

1 : Fight scenes that outnumber dialogue scenes

2 : BS powers that are unexplained and added in JUST in the nick of time to perpetuate the hero's victory (Example : Reaching a new level of Super Saiyan during a fight because plot armor)

3 : Cute characters that are on the borders of lewd in terms of appearance, personality, and how the show pays fan-service to viewers.

Other thing is making a book or a comic book (write a script and give it to an artist).

Most of them are misunderstood of how Japanese culture really is since Anime just shows off maybe 10% of it and in an overly exaggerated fashion. That and social ineptitude plays a factor.

There are some anime shows that do not take place on Japan, like Fullmetal Alchemist or Baccano!, or that are heavily influenced by western culture, such as Trigun, Cowboy Bebop and My Hero Academia.

Now jojo's bizzare adventures takes place in Britain and america and egypt etc
